If it's the latter then it's highly unlikely BB was to be part of it if it were from the early 90s. I'd say it'…

At least two covers? I thought we were being led to believe by Virgin that it was an album of completely original material?
No Brian Eno mentioned (or Mackay and Manzanera come to think of it) - makes me wonder if how much material survived from the aborted Roxy sessions, and what did (the SS composition) has probably been totally re-recorded.
Bowie only took the Thin White Duke to Wembley in 1976 - is that what you mean?
There were some big rock bands like the Who and Led Zep (and maybe the Stones) who played huge outdoor gigs in the 70s but there were very few and far between.
