In the vein of 'Now Playing', I thought it might be fun to start a thread of all the gigs we go to from now until Roxy Music tour in support of the new album.
I'll kick off and will provide reviews and stuff as we go
Tonight I will be bopping and jiving to David Byrne (Talking Heads) at the Colston Hall in Bristol. After that I will be at my mate's CD launch party for his band The Bird Architects.
And looking forward - Glastonbury and then Steely Dan on the 1st July in London.

How does she know about them? - Questlove, the drummer from The Roots, whose trainers they are, is good buddies with Jay-Z (her hubby) and he always wears AF-1s when he plays drums for Jay-Z - see pics

well...that's me told..wear with total confidence..Cocktail ?.if I feel trashy ,a 'Brandy Alexandra' ..if I feel classy, a pure champagne cocktail....

Now I do like a good Brandy Alexander-- Is that the male equivalent of a Brandy Alexandra?--- Sherry to make you Merry, Whiskey to make you Friskey and Brandy to make you clear the mind!!!!
Max Wall-- very good Terry! He was a fair comedian as well as doing his funny walk. Who was better at the funny walk-- Max Wall or Billy Dainty?
If no one knows what I am talking about then I was the only one watching the Good Old Days-- Chiefly Myself!
Looking at Richard's photo's I would have to say the Ms Knowles could certainly keep you warm on a cold night! And she can sing too.
Good Trainers Richard-- I like a man who is in touch with his shoe identity and to hell with the begrudgers!!

Went to see The Hold Steady at Wembley recently. They were actually the support for Counting Crows. The Hold Steady were (are) fantastic-Counting Crows-frankly boring.
Saw Cleo Lane on Sunday-83 and still an amazing voice
