Anyone else confused? What happened to to the life and Career of Bryan Ferry?.....would have been better advertising it as 'BF Live in Concert'......Anyway I'm not grumbling, had a drink, back to my glass

I was a bit disappointed initially, but watching the show brought back a lot of great memories of that tour in general and that gig in particular for me. Great show.

missed it !...gutted!....have also consumed a fair amount of vino this eve...'him indoors' and youngest daughter was down your way in 'manny', watching 'man .u' (yawn)...so having the technological brain of a dinosaur, I missed the 'viewing' as I have no idea how to access any channel other than beeb 1,Itv and channel 4. ...intelligent elder daughter was out on the'westgate run' (famous pub crawl starting at one end of Wakey and finishing in town-near several nite clubs.).oh to be young again!..so ,i was left alone ,watching 'x factor' followed by 'loui Walsh and boyzone on a ghost hunt in Edingburgh'..which was very interesting ,actually.

A great deal of 'paranormal activity' ..in the dark recesses of Edingburgh, momentarily thought I spied a vision of Jim , but perhaps this was a pyschological 'wish fullfillment'
fuelled by an amble supply of chilled chardonnay....anyway 'cheers'! Helen.

I was just expecting a bit of a profile chat, back to his younger days up to the present day, but i do agree that the tour was Amazing, One of my favourite tours by Bryan, i found it very intimate and moved me to tears a couple of times during the show something he has never done before, a very special show for me with some lovely memories of people who were there with me that night...

Talking of BF tours, I was at the Manchester Apollo in 1994 for the Mamouna tour and Johnny Marr joined Bryan on stage for a song, now I was sure it was was 'The Right Stuff', but Here's the confusion.... having seen Bryan years earlier at the G-Mex on the Bete Noire tour I remember Johnny on stage doing 'The Right Stuff' that night which is supposedly to be the only time they have got together to perform this live, so what was the song they did together in Manchester on the Mamouna tour? This has bugged me for a while now as i can't remember, and i did mention this on another forum a couple of years ago, but nobody seemed to know, I might drop JM a message on myspace and see if i get a reply, bet he can't remember either.......Ever get the feeling your going Mad? ha

Sharon,

If you have the ATGB DVD Live In Paris, then this is what was shown last night, well, 1 hours worth anyway, so you didn't miss anything new, still nice to watch again if you catch it later.
